Delete your HouseExhale account
You can delete your account any time, from the app, from the web, or by email. Using the app doesn’t need an account at all.
In the HouseExhale app
- Open the menu (the ⋯ button at the top).
- Tap Account and sync, then Delete my account.
- Tap Delete my account again to confirm.
On the web
Sign in to your dashboard, open Account, type DELETE, and choose Delete my account.
By email
Email hello@houseexhale.com from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete it and reply to confirm.
What’s deleted, and what stays
- Deleted straight away: your account and sign-in, the journal synced to it (home details, rooms, monitors, nights, notes, installers and quotes), its saved earlier versions, and the list of devices that synced.
- Our host’s routine backups may hold a copy until they expire.
- The journal on your phone stays until you remove the app, so you can keep using HouseExhale without an account.
- An email list you joined on this website is separate from the account. Email us to be taken off it.
